Please excuse my lack of understanding but are you asking for the current windows usa region and keyboard settings?

Keith is asking if you have your PC set to USA region. Since you didn't setup your location in your forum profile we have no way of knowing where you are in the world.

left click on the task bar VCP box seen in your photo and then press "Windows key and up arrow" to force maximize.

if that doesn't work i would install v5.08
free download and instructions are here.

before running the v5.08 installer
open the existing Wizard and press CTRL P and save as PDF to the desktop.
run the v5.08 installer
open the v5.08 Wizard and hand enter all the setting seen in the PDF you made in step one, press write settings to CNC control and follow the intsructions.

great thanks for reporting back.

once you get the machine and control running the way you want, make a backup copy of the c:\cncm folder and create a fresh report.zip.
that way its an easy thing to 'restore' the system to exactly they way it was in just seconds.
