Well, the signal isolator did not solve my problem. I'm not sure what else to try. If anyone has another idea, please let me know.

With the signal isolator disconnected from the drive, have you verified that the Acorn can send out 0-10V on the input side of the isolator using MDI and your max and min configured speeds? Does the output side of the isolator show the same voltage as the input at various speeds?
