Im having trouble accessing the interface
Good morning. 4 yrs ago I would create parts on Fusion 360 and transfer the file on a thumb drive to our Centroid machine after generating the G-Codes. It's been awhile since I've used the interface so I downloaded the software to once again become familiar with it again. However, I'm having trouble opening the application. Can someone let me know what I'm doing wrong? Thank you

Re: Im having trouble accessing the interface
Did you have an Acorn (or other Centroid board) connected to your PC when you installed the software?
If not and you just want to familiarise yourself, install the Offline version.

Re: Im having trouble accessing the interface
Make sure when installing any version of CNC12 to have the control board powered on and connected to the PC via Ethernet. And follow the install instructions carefully (https://www.centroidcnc.com/centroid_di ... ctions.pdf). What version of CNC12 did you install? Have you run the PC tuner (available here: https://www.centroidcnc.com/centroid_di ... loads.html)?

looks like the Acorn is not connected to the CNC PC.
do you have a heartbeat running on the Acorn? and is it connected to the CNCPC?
