Are you both running Windows 10 64 bit?
Are you saying it ran fine until you re-installed it the CNC12 software?
Is CNC12 shut down?
Are you trying to run the Wizard from the shortcut on the desktop or from the start menu?
Do you have only Mill installed? (Not both) Have both Mill and Lath EVER been installed?
Yes, I Teamviewer session would be very helpful. Please call or email us with your Teamviewer ID and pw. If you don't have a Teamviewer id, you're not connected to the internet.

got it and TV'd in.. fixed! not sure what it was but we installed fresh and its working.. Teamviewer is a great support tool! everyone should have it on their CNCPC
