I am having a spot of trouble getting my Nofaultout output to turn on.
The Drive 1&2 OK inputs are green as is the VFD "ready" input.
Input 8 is monitoring the EStop switch and that is green as well.
There is no fault displayed on the Centroid control panel and it resets successfully.
I am wondering what factors Nofaultout is looking for that may not be met?
I have the nofaultout driving my Estop contactor as recommended.
See report attached.
I have slowly put this Chevalier 1840 lathe together over the last year and I'm hoping to have it running before the end of the year.
I just bought an AcornSix to upgrade it with in order to have enough I/O to drive the 8 station turret.
I am using SureServo2 axis drives from Automation Direct. I found some parameter settings for them in the Forum that seem to be working.
I don't see the SureServo2 listed in the Wizard. If I re-flaxh the firmware on the Acorn will the SureServo be supported?
Thanks!

Re: NoFaultOut
Re: The addition of the SureServo2 drives to the Wizard. It dawned on me that those definitions live in CNC12 not on the Acorn.... Sorry.
Re: NoFaultOut
Do you perhaps have some of your outputs forced off, via the Alt-i screen?
There should be NO underlined outputs on the Alt-i screen. An underline means that the output is being forced, either on or off.

Re: NoFaultOut
THANKS! The forced outputs were the problem. Things are working now.
