Acorn on a D&M4 Benchtop CNC Mill

Post by martyscncgarage »

I got this mill as an unfinished project. It was really close. It came with everything except the motion control hardware. I upgraded the power supply to a 48VDC unit. It too used a Geckodrive G540. In this instance, the G540 was only used as a stepper driver.

Just another example of a conversion with Acorn.
