Hello,
Looking for a little help with this issue. I have searched the forum and seen others with similar issues but none of the solutions were applicable to me. About 6 months ago the virtual control panel stopped displaying when launching the Acorn software. At that point, not knowing what to do, I uninstalled Acorn and did a fresh install. This solved the problem but I ended up having to input all of my settings and configurations all over again.
Now, a couple weeks ago, the virtual control panel has stopped displaying again. Not wanting to go thru the hassle of reconfiguring everything I thought I would post a message here and see if anyone could help. Below you'll find the report I generated and a snip of the PC specs. It is an HP AiO. My grandfather is the primary user and he doesn't care to use the mouse. He prefers the touchscreen and I don't think I can convince him otherwise.
Thanks,
Brian

Re: Virtual Control Panel not visible...
1.) if you reinstall the same version of CNC12 you can use "restore report" so you don't have to type in the settings again.
for example a report.zip from v4.82 will work with 'restore report' on a fresh install of v4.82
2.) now for the VCP. there are several threads covering the things to check and there is a updated trouble shooting section in the VCP manual on Page 46

, make sure the PC is NOT in tablet mode., make sure the region is set to USA, make sure latest .NET framework is installed.
