When will it be?

Post by Stephan »

Can you please tell when these parts will be available?
This year or next?

Can you tell if it is possible to use a main spindle encoder in full closed loop with Acorn 6?
In C axis operation.

Thanks for the information
Stephan

I thank you for your feedback
I thought it would take longer, so I converted my machine to linear rails.
I grind all parts of Z on a surface grinder.
All parts of X were milled on a DMG Morie 5 axis.
I equipped all axles with ball screws.....

Today I tested everything.
My parts have a maximum deviation of 0.02mm but mostly 0.01mm.
Without changing the tool table.
The result is the same when milling in the lathe.
Therefore, I no longer need these upgrades.

Thank you anyway for your information.
Best regards Stephan
