New Build King Rich KRV-3000 Knee Mill with GSK AC Servos DA98B driver

Hi, after several years I have gotten my spare Acorn board off the shelf and started to configure a new controller for my King Rich KRV3000 mill.
I have been using the Acorn board on my CQ6230 lathe for a couple of years now, with Adtech servos, with excellent results and no real issues.
My initial problem is getting the GSK DA98B AC Servo controller to work with the Acorn board. The DA98B AC Servo controller is driving a 110SJTM040D servo motor.
The motor was working fine on the mill, and was being driven by this particular GSK DA98B AC Servo controller.
The GSK 980MDA on the mill drove the servo motors via a DB15 connector on the rear of the controller, and I have used the diagram in the 980MDA manual to replicate the servo drive connection as far as possible, (with my limited knowledge).
The factory cable from the DA98B AC Servo controller to the 980MDA, has a DB15 connector on the end going to the 980MDA and he factory cable's pin out was in the manual. Here's how I have configured the servo driver connection to the Acorn so far, but it's not working yet:
Acorn Step (ST1) to DB15 pin 1 which is CPn+ and goes to DB44 pin 30 on the DA98B Servo driver (PULS+)
Acorn (COM) to DB15 pin 9 which is CPn- and goes to DB44 pin 15 on the DA98B Servo driver (PULS-)
Acorn (DIR) to DB15 pin 2 which is DIRn+ and goes to DB44 pin 29 on the DA98B Servo driver (SIGN+)
Acorn (COM) to DB15 pin 10 which is DIRn- and goes to DB44 PIN 14 on the DA98B Servo driver (SIGN-)
The signals from the servo driver that are not connected to the Acorn yet are:
DB15 pin 5 ALMn
DB15 pin 3 PCn
DB15 pin 11 0V
DB15 pin 4 +24v I'm hoping someone has some knowledge of what the signals are and where to connect them, also any advice or observations about my existing connections would be welcome as well.
Thanks in advance
Dave
