The option is only available on the latest release of CNC12, V5.0.

IF I install it then I replace the language.msg file with that of the old version

SI JE l'installe puis je remplacer le fichier langage.msg par celui de l'ancienne version

While you could do that, in order to preserve your revisions, you would then be missing the messages required for any features that are new or significantly changed in v5.00.

A better procedure would be to use a tool like WinMerge to combine your edited language.msg file with the one that comes with the new CNC12 version. https://www.winmerge.org

Hello here are several questions I was asked if the language file in milling is the same as for the other types of machine (tournage.rourteur.laser.plasma........)
And also know if the cnc12 v5.0 language file is compatible with the old versions and the next versions

WinMerge (https://winmerge.org/) will show you the differences between the language files.

The language file is the same in Mill and Lathe controls. Presumably they are the same also for router, plasma, laser, etc.).

The format of the message file generally does not change between software versions, and the content of most existing messages usually does not change. You can assume that future software releases, if they contain any significant feature changes, will include new text that was not present in earlier language message files.
