Not quite what I was saying. WCS zero set is different than zeroin'g tools in the library. ATC keeps up with multiple tools and perhaps you need that turned on to allow it to track different tools? Not to do auto tool changes, but to track the different tool positions. If I'm off base from running a router, sorry for the confusion. Does the top of your main screen show tool number and height? Like T2H2 or is it T2 H---?

Ken, the format is T0101, T0202 etc.
