I got the 65 volt supply in and running. After that was all working I installed cnc 5.06 and after a few problems like it not holding all the settings I got it to work. Couldn't understand why the z wasn't working and had to reset the numbers in the config as that was what wasn't holding had to write the proper speeds and settings 3 times before they held. Now it is working as good as 4.82

One other thing I notice is when I home it seems to move a lot slower then it did with 4.82

Sounds like you are using the default speeds. In v5.06 go into the Wizard Homing and Travel section where you specify homing speeds required for each individual axis
