Acorn bench test video question

Post by pandrade8961 »

I was re-watching this video again and 4:15 into the video you are instructed to turn the firewall settings for both private and public networks off, only for the bench test.
So, I'm assuming that once this bench test has been completed you are supposed to reset this option back to on. Something I forgot to do on my first bench test awhile back...

Thanks,
Peter

yes, once you confirm good solid connection and your system passes the communications stress test you can turn firewall back on and make exceptions for the cnc12 .exe's and then rerun the stress test to confirm good results after turning firewall back on.
