Please generate and post a report.zip so we can see what's going on. Some hi-res photos of your control cabinet would also help

Hope this helps

Looking at your report, this appears to be a new build?
Please look at this post and provide all the details about your build:

When the machine is running fine or as you are progressing, always create a fresh report. F7 Utilities, F7 Create report.
That way, if something gets changed you can always RESTORE from the working report.

Have/are you following the Acorn installation manual?

Something changed.
Did you go into the Teknic software and make any changes?
Any wiring changes?
As Keith asked, which schematic are you using?

The DIR line goes logic high and logic low to command the drive to change directions. Put a DC meter, positive probe in it and the negative probe on COM. Watch the voltage go high and low as you change directions on the Virtual Control Panel
Make a little video of this test and lost it to YouTube as unlisted and post a link here

no changes was sitting for about a month before I could find the time to put on the mill was making a bulkhead for cables to pass thru the bottom of the cabinet. powered back up with the cables just thru the hole in the bottom power supply for the motors and ethernet cable for the acorn turned back on and x was acting up but will try and post video later tonight. attached the schematic that i followed and used the optional drive ok signal in blue on schematic.
