It a Chinese servo motor and drive with encoder .The only stepper that I have install is for my 4 axes. I'm French Canadian so the technical information for me in the information seem a bit confusing . And I'm more visual , I need to see more to ear for how to do .
About deep switch I don't have . Go see picture on the link .
By mistake I install the 4.8 cnc12 software and all my previous set-up of the older version are gone. maybe for the best , brand new installation .

Re: distance calibration
I don't know the answer on how to determine the steps per revolution with a servo motor. However, since your motion is pretty close to accurate, I would have to think your number should be 10000.
Change those 99xx numbers to be 10000 for the 3 axis with servos. Then you need to use a dial and determine how much motion you are getting versus commanded.

Re: distance calibration
easy to test. in inch mode.
set overall turns ratio to 1.
command 1" move in g code.
observe motor revolutions.
did motor shaft turn one revolution? if so then what ever you have set in the drive for steps per rev matches what you have set in the wizard.

Re: distance calibration
10000 steps/rev is normally default with these drivers, because the encoders have 2500 lines on the servos.
They are running best at this setting.

Re: distance calibration
Based on the difference you are seeing you need to change the 2.54 to 2.54880 and that will get you closer. Repeat the process based on the Fine DRO Adjustment PDF.

Re: distance calibration
What the video covers is not how to fix your "distance calibration". That's a speed calculation with electronic gearing. We went over all this in your other topic when you first started this conversion. I don't understand why you wont take our advice on how to fix your "distance" issue. Good luck.
