Auto square wiring using ClearPath motors on AcornSix

Hello,

Is the wiring for Auto squaring, using ClearPath SDSK motors (jumper between Master & Slave) any different than the previous Acorn board?

There is no jumper involved. Your 4th motor drive channel will simply be slaved to either the 1st or 2nd in the Config Wizard page

No the Auto-squaring enable jumper isn't necessary with the AcornSix board as the enable signals are handled slightly different than on the Acorn.
You can follow schematic s15145 for connecting ClearPath motors to AcornSix.
