Pendant not Booting semi blank screen

Post by onecomp »

Hello everyone , I've been using my Acron program for over a year now very happy with the system .

However this morning my pendant screen is not completely showing all data on the screen, al I get is a Wi-Fi signal and battery , sometimes on turn on the device , I get a lost rf display

Top right corner I get ID 50f7 or it could be ID 5DF7

I'm guessing its a control board in the pendant is there a Factory reset button or firmware boot I can try

Any support would be appreciated.

One other thing to try is to move the transmitter to a different USB port.
Cheers,

Thanks everyone for your replies ,

Its not a wifi signal strength problem or Battery as both indications on the pendant screen show full bars

The Lcd screen on the pendant shows very briefly some connection data text then fades off to blank screen

so the screen appears to work for a few seconds then dies out

Okay , we have been able to acquire a new pendant and Wi-Fi antenna all Acron components.

I now feel this is not a pendant issue, We're not receiving signal from the breakout board, I'm not sure how to test this part or exactly what to look for any help would be appreciated.

The cnc machine and program runs fine as a standalone unit. I just don't have pendant access or usability .

Have you got it enabled in the wizard? Does it show up in device manager? If so, remove it, and scan for new hardware to see if it picks it up again.
