Acorn can go faster than 400,000 step frequency, most drives can't handle it. I ran a set of delta at 800,000 as an experiment and they seems to work, conditions, cables etc. have to be just right.

Upcoming AcornSix supports differential step and direction with an add on board for more reliable signal at very high speeds.
