I have tested the laser with the manufacturer and have found it to be satisfactory. (Endurance Lasers) I have posted you pictures of the connections as per your request.
You will note that the red wire goes to 12vdc, black wire goes to ground, yellow wire goes to pin 14, and blue wire goes to a common pin. These are the only connection on the laser control board.
