Re: no z axis movement
The computer and software update wasn't going to fix your problem but instead allows for free support and the necessity to meet the minimum requirements to run CNC12 to rule out any PC issues.
Double check all your motor connections, go in with a screwdriver and tighten all connections on the drive and Acorn. I've seen many times a single loose wire can take a system down. Does the DRO move when you start the homing process? Is the drive powered up with no faults? How did you test the Z axis drive? You stated you tested it in your first post. Can you post pics of the system and electronics enclosure to your google photo album and share a link here?
And post a fresh report from the new PC.

Re: no z axis movement
In addition to Keith and Shawn's comments above, the report you did post shows your CNCPC has a single thread benchmark of just 1226 which is well short of the minimum 1500. It also shows the following errors:
(1) 05-20-2022 12:40:10 Warning: X Axis screw comp table does not match travel limits
(1) 05-20-2022 12:40:10 Warning: Y Axis screw comp table does not match travel limits
(1) 05-20-2022 12:40:10 Warning: Z Axis screw comp table does not match travel limits
(1) 05-20-2022 12:40:10 Screw comp 1->0 axis N (3) : Axis is not servo controlled
(1) 05-20-2022 12:40:11 CNC12 Acorn Mill v4.50
(4) 05-20-2022 12:40:11 9033 Reset Initiated, Press Reset to Clear
Therefore suggest a fresh installation with v4.64 on a PC meeting the minimum single thread specs and re-enter parameters by hand WITHOUT using the report restore. If problems persist, post a fresh report
Hope this assists
