Post a current report and a link to the manual for the VFD otherwise we’re just guessing.

Just a little update for anybody following the journey. I was having trouble auto tuning the Z axis for some reason so I went ahead and auto tuned the x and y axis ,all went smooth and both of them work as they’re supposed to I’m getting about 190 inches a minute out of it I think there’s someway to make it go faster but not sure yet. then I went back and did my Z again and for some reason this time it all worked so I have all three servos up and running at 190 inches a minute hoping to get a little more speed out of it not sure still pretty quick and currently trying to move forward on wiring the VFD

Nice that it is running.

Till you are confident with handling the machine I would reduce rapids to 100 in/min. Gives a better chance to hit Stop before it crash.

Oh yes for sure I ran a Haas machines for close to eight years I know all about crashing them so I’m very per cautious on that I am going to set up my limit switches hopefully in the next day or so. once I figure out this VFD I’ll try to go through the configurations and see if I can get any more speed out of it

Should be good for 300 in/min in X and Y

These Deltas are easy to set up, after connecting to the terminals you must set parameters that control comes from the termials.

I have them on my beltgrinders with external control, for CNC I prefer Servos.
