I assume when you hit Rest or cycle VCP the Estop contactor closes and you have power to your Drive power supply?
I assume you moved the jumpers to SOFT?
Can you please take close up pictures of your C86ACCP board on both sides?
Please take an overall picture of your Acorn wiring

Since you only have one motor connected, move the Active Axis Jumpers to OFF on all but X
In the wizard, set Y and Z to N so you just have X on the display.

I'm not sure what else to tell you. Your system is fairly complex, not really for a newer CNC'er.
Can you take a picture of the jumpers on the Acorn side of C86ACCP?

I wished I had a Clear path to test with, but I don't.
If you move the jumper from soft to hard for X axis, you have movement?
