Here is where it started. Have made some progress but parts are coming in slowly. Bearings have all been replaced, new paint, some wiring. I removed the welded arm and replaced it with a swing arm.

Received my first servo coupler today. I have been searching on Ebay as they are not standard.

mcmaster or automation direct have been my go-to for couplers. I would check mcmaster if you are still looking for one.
nice progress!

Thanks, I had a look at both places. They don't have anything that will go from 1/2" to 25mm and 40mm. So I am looking for a couple of zero-max 80 series and have they machined. So far no luck yet.

Strange thing when I attached the signal wires to the motor. I began to vibrate hard for about 15 seconds and would not move with cnc12.
Not sure why. It is fine with power and the USB cable. It starts doing this when the signal wire from Acorn is attached.

Other 2 couplers arrived.

You have to tune the servos with Teknic's MSP software via the micro usb cable.
They come tuned to no load, so when you connect it to your mill it isnt expecting that load and goes into protective stop

Otherwise check that you wired it correctly

Thanks they are tuned now with load and attached to the machine. But I get drive fault error when a direction arrow is pressed.
