If that is the case them M4 = CCW = NEGATIVE NUMBERS.

So I need to change the value to negative in the wizard for the encoder value based on a CCW M4 as shown below? The encoder is belt driven and the encoder is spinning in same rotation direction as spindle.

The arrow drawn on the photo is CLOCKWISE rotation. It is commanded with M3 and the encoder counts should be positive in this direction.
