Sketch what you are talking about. I think you need a small second relay for you C86ACCP no fault input

Re: Wiring Confirmation
Here is the diagram. I am not sure if terminal blocks are okay or do I need a relay? Thanks

Re: Wiring Confirmation
Diagram is INCORRECT.
You have voltage across those contacts on Relay 1 feeding the Estop relay coil. DO NOT CONNECT C86ACCP No fault to it as you have it shown.
You must add a second relay for your C86ACCP, same coil voltage as your estop contactor. Use its contacts for your C86ACCP No fault
A small din rail relay is fine. Just so long as the coil voltage is the same as your estop contactor.

Re: Wiring Confirmation
Okay, so rather than the wires going into the terminal bock they need to go into a relay? The coil in the contactor is 24V.
Which wires would go where? I have never used a relay or contactor before. I will make a new diagram if you can point me in the correct direction.
Thanks

Re: Wiring Confirmation
Most contactors can add an aux set of contacts to the side or front depending on the design. What brand/model of contactor do you have?
Front mount 4 contacts
Front mount and side mount single contacts
Front mount 4 contacts
Front mount and side mount single contacts

Re: Wiring Confirmation
Yes for the DILM12 frame size (IF that is the part number you purchased in the ebay link you provided)tuffduck wrote: ↑Wed Jan 19, 2022 12:59 am Something like these?

Attached is a schematic if you want to use a small auxiliary contactor.

Re: Wiring Confirmation
Sorry, but now I am very confused. Is that a second quencharc? Are you using 4 terminals on the aux contact?
