As marty stated that your sizes are correct. You would just need to ensure which ever one you purchased had at least one normally open contact and you would not want the early open variant. You would put those two terminals on the auxilary Normally open to the No fault for the C86ACCP

You don't need a snubber if you use auxiliary contacts as they are mechanically actuated by the main contactor. They are not interconnected with the coil in any way

All relays should have a snubber. Some relays have flyback diodes built into them. (I drew it in as a matter of being consistent with the Acorn schematic)
I am not sure what is confusing you.

You simply add another small relay, you PARALLEL the coils of the two relays together, so that they are both energized and deenergized at the same time.

You have terminals for the relay coil (2)
And you have terminals for your contacts (3 in the case of my drawing, One is Common, Normally Open and Normaly closed) No different that the relay on Acorn output board.

The jist of all of this is you need another pair of contacts to close the C86ACCP IF you are using all 4 contacts on your current contactor.

Take a picture of your contactor and sketch how you have it wired and post it here please

As noted already, if you just need one more NO contact block you don't need another contactor, snubber or relay, just add an auxiliary contact block to your existing contactor like the ones on the link you provided. It snaps right on to your current contactor and you're done. You can buy NO or NC aux contacts.

The main page shows all of the contacts for several different sizes(and this is common across manufactures lines)

However if you go to the side mounted auxliary contact page it does say for 17, 25 and 32 sized contactors only.

The top/front mount contactors however are for all sizes. So contactor DILA-XHI20 would work.

'
Looks like they are finally going with just the eaton brand name so eaton XTCEXFAC20 would work as well

S15117 is depicting 3 phase motor power connections requiring 3 contacts (L1,L2,L3), if the motor power is single phase 120vac then only the line lead (hot) would need to be routed through the E-stop contactor leaving the other contacts available for other circuits. Earth ground should never be routed through a disconnect switch or contactor as a matter of safety.

You have one contact on your current contactor that is NO, terminal 13 and 14, are you using it already? How many more do you need? Are you using single phase power or three phase?

Agreed.
That's why I asked for a picture and a sketch of what he actually has and how he has it wired.
