I am using singe phase power, so it looks like some wires need to be removed, I am guessing both the green and white wires?

Absolutely, the green chassis ground or PE wire doesn't do through the contactor. All grounds from all your components need to go direct to your buss bar in the bottom center of your panel . This frees up another NO contact on your contactor, terminal 5 & 6, to use for the C86 blah blah blah.
For single phase 120 or 240 power I run the white, neutral line through the contactor. Not everyone may do this.

120V only the hot needs to go through the contactor
240V both hots need to go through the contactor
In either case, it frees up a contact for you to use for C86ACCP No Fault
This is why we ask you for pictures. We can not "SEE" what you "SEE"
