When I load cut files from V-Carve Pro using Centroid PP and try to run I keep getting error for G91.1 . Don't know how to customize PP can someone give me a PP that works? This would be greatly appreciated Thanks Harry_O

Which post processor are you using? The Centroid postP included with Vectric products is working fine for numerous users.

FYI: I have never seen a G91.1 call in any of the Vectric Centroid postP's

I don't wonder if you didn't grab the wrong pp from the list, as this looks like a Mach3 post. There's no G91.1 in the Centroid inch pp, but there is reference to it in the Mach3 pp.

The stock Centroid post that ships with VCarve/Aspire works. Make 100% sure that's the one you're using and you should be fine.

Yes I'm sure Its the correct PP I've been creating content for over 15 years working with several pp for building mostly furniture. That is the part of it I'M very good at, however reading code is not anything I'm good at UGH . I've tried several different files all with same type of errors, Did not notice it was a text file , should I go to V-Carve to correct or is there another fix you can suggest. Thanks Harry_O

As mentioned numerous times the stock Centroid_Arcs_inch PP in Vcarve 10.5 works right out of the box with no need to edit it until you are familiar with editing PP to make them function more efficiently. Did you create a new part in Vcarve and save the toolpath with the Centroid PP? You should get a .cnc file. Post the PP that you are selecting on your new post so we can see it.

For 15 years, you may have been using a Mach3 pp, but now you need to use one for Centroid. Check the drop down list in VCP when you save a toolpath to see what one you are actually using. All these files you speak of, were they ones you already saved from previous projects, before using CNC12? If you open one of them, like the one you posted in your picture, in an editor (notepad, notepad++), you will see at the very beginning....

( V-Carve 1 )
( File created: Sunday January 16 2022 - 08:54 PM)
( for Mach2/3 from Vectric )
( Material Size)
( X= 14.000, Y= 4.000, Z= 0.750)
()
(Toolpaths used in this file:)
(V-Carve 1)
(Tools used in this file: )
(1 = V-Bit 60º 0.375")
N100G00G20G17G90G40G49G80
N110G70G91.1
N120T1M06
N130 (V-Bit 60º 0.375")
N140G00G43Z1.0000H1
N150S15000M03
N160(Toolpath:- V-Carve 1)

Also shown in your picture, the file name has an .txt extension, this is another clue that it was posted from a Mach3 pp.

You need to either regenerate these files with the "Centroid_Arcs_inch.pp", or make a few quick edits in an editor to remove any offending code. There really shouldn't be much to remove, just at the start and end and possibly some toolchange parts.

It's called "head muscle memory". You have 15 years on an old farm tractor, now you have a sports car. You can't run them the same. If you drive sports car the same as the tractor it will run worse than either
