Waited a year to install. had about 40 hours total combined on this machine, maybe less. Came back after cutting a 4x8 sheet of MDF and now its no heart beat and green LEDs solid on the PSU and Green in corner (posted a photo next post)

Took the Beagle bone green off the board safely and did the debricking thing. When I plug in the cable the power LED blinks super fast 1 single blink and nothing. Nothing works. Cant find beaglebone green anywhere online. And who knows if that would even fix this.

I knew there was something off about this board.

As soon as we receive the complete acorn kit we will refund the purchase price of the kit and the software.
please post the shipment tracking number and i suggest you insure the shipment.

if you have a non functioning Acorn and can't find a resolution here on the forum.
buy the swap out at $199
ship the non functioning Acorn to us for evaluation
if the Acorn is found to have manufacture issue we will repair or replace and ship back to you at no charge and refund the $199.
if the Acorn is found to have user inflicted issue we will repair or replace and ship back to you.

I don't have two weeks to have my machine down and out.

So what if the issue is just the beagle bone. It's a $60 part so you would still charge me $199?
