I would put the Allin1DC on this machine. the axis motors, cables, power supplies are all there ready to go. the Allin1Dc has 3 digital DC servo drives built into it. it is made for this type of retrofit upgrade.

Thank you for your support effectively masso does not have the capacity and a very viable option is to use the card all in one of my only concern are 2 things the first bet to have almost 100% of my system in a single card in case of any failure I would have to pay the total replacement or send to repair and stop the machine and the second I would stay with old DC motors working.

The other option that I think I will take based on the advice that I am very grateful for from you will cost me a little more than planned will be the adventure with the OAK and replacement and DMM 86M-DHT-A6MK - 86mm Frame, 0.75kW, medium inertia W/ 16bit Encoder I will be able to according to plan if I am not mistaken to have a true circuit closed 2. Two manual controls to move x and z 3. one wireless MPG 4. VFD speed control 5. Spindle feedback 6. More modern equipment in my lathe cnc installation 6. More equipped software

Then I will start by ordering the engines to install them that according to what I investigate of the original engines those that would replace without problems are the kit DMM servo nema 34 86mm frame 750w

I will keep posting photos of the advance so that more can comment or learn thanks

I share my first project almost finished knee mill Super Max
Sorry for the mess, thank God this year we had a lot of work
