I have the 1.8kw servo spindle working perfectly for incremental tapping/tapping with chip breaking in acorns mill conversational control at 200 rpm and it works really great and when I try to use the fusion 360 post processor to do the incremental type tapping with chip breaking, it won't post out the code. I was thinking that I could post right hand tapping in fusion 360 then just add a Q value, with the additional -z values below to make that happen, but I was hoping someone figured out how to make fusion post out the incremental tapping with chip breaking. I always want to tap incrementally because it works so well and reduces the chance of breaking a tap. Any ideas please? Thanks so much.
