Thank you everyone for the response
We dont know how to read the set step/rev by manufacturer because we cannot find its manuals.
Anyone know this stepper driver?
"Y4A031011"

We're almost done with input and output for retrofitting this PC MILL 55.
The axis only giving us trouble.

I would replace the drives with modern common stepper drives. I wouldn't fight what you have. Might even replace the stepper motors as well
