Hi Gary,

Where is that go to button on the VCP? I don’t have it or maybe I need to create one?

Neither of these methods (nor MDI) will work until the machine is homed.
Amazing! And it works too
I just added the Z0 too - X0Y0Z0

Thanks everyone for the help on this one.

Yep, no need for a cycle start or MDI. Just Alt 1,2,3, etc. and "GOTO XY 0" button. You can also set up a button on the MPG to use do the same with a simple macro.

Scott,
I do not see the GOTO button you guys are talking about. See the screenshot attached.
Thanks!

Yeah, you're using the mill version. The router version has it, but you can just add it yourself. The button may already be in your resources/vcp/buttons folder

I guess the million dollar question is should I be using the router version instead for the type of CNC I have? If I need to use the router version how do I change to that version without loosing all my settings?
If that’s ok to stick to this version how do I add the button then?

You can just use "mill" and edit the VCP as needed. They're the same under the hood.

A little searching of the "sticky" Acorn forum threads yields....
