So you got you axis moving. Good
Make SURE you have the steps per motor revolution correct. Then:
Translate and read the Acorn Installation Manual:
https://www.centroidcnc.com/centroid_di ... manual.pdf

Specifically starting on page 78

Have you looked at the report?
Avez vous regarder le rapport ?
Axis Label Motor Encoder Lash Comp. Limit Home Dir Screw
mm/rev counts/rev. (mm) - + - + Rev Comp
1 X 5.0000 4000 0.0150 0 0 0 0 N N
2 Y 3.9500 4000 0.0150 0 0 0 0 N N
3 Z 5.0000 2000 0.0000 0 0 0 0 N N

Why is your Z axis show only 2000 encoder counts? Same drive ax X/Y? Should be same encoder count.

Also, if you have belt reduction on your axis, say you have 20/40 teeth or 2:1 reduction then you multiply the ballscrew pitch by that much.
So for X if you have 2:1 belt reduction, 2*5mm you would enter 10 (instead of 5)

Follow the installation manual.

Mistake, DIVIDE the pitch by the reduction

I believe that my step problem on the y axis comes from the computer which is not the same
This is the cl86t
While the other x and z axes are cl86y

Je crois que mon problème de pas sur l'axe y viens du calculateur qui est pas le même
Il s'agit du cl86t
Alors que les autres axe x et z sont des cl86y

CL86T is with 5V logic. Use DB25 for DIR and PUL

Always best to use the same 3 motors and drives. I would replace that odd ball set to match the other two.
