I don't think so, but i never tried pressing Set0 on the WMPG while a program runs

Re: vfd A2 series
No nothing to do
That's another question I made an engraving and I wanted to redo it deeper but it was shifting as I was doing my piece

Best not to have the internet running on a CNC machine. Fine to run it when doing updates and not machining

If I ask that it is because I have offsets At the level of the Y axis which occur when I restart a program or when the program lasts a long time
I had already had to change the computer because all of a sudden it wanted to move only in the direction of minus in Y that I press on Y plus or Y minus always towards minus and the same in the execution of a program as if the motor had only one direction
Bonjour martyscncgarage

Re: vfd A2 series
Please post a fresh report. Look at your logs for PC/MPU errors. F7 Utilities, F9 Logs, F1 Errors
Not quite clear on what you are saying.
Replacing a computer to resolve axis movement doesn't make sense.
I am concerned about your wiring in that cabinet, it is not neat and clean. Wiring like that can lead to disruption of the step and direction signals.
Further, have you double check the mechanics of your machine, that there is no slop in any axis, between the motor and the ballscrew?
Have you put a dial indicator on the machine to check for repeatability? If you call a long movement through MDI, then return to Zero and repeat the movement does the indicator stay consistent or does it change?
I use a shielded cable for my step and direction signals between Acorn and the drives.
You have many things to check. Your wiring needs to be cleaned up.
Marty

Re: vfd A2 series
Are the axis motors all closed loop? Sorry I do not recall the drives you are using. I seem to remember something about X/Y having closed loop drives/motors but Z open loop (No encoder on the motor)

Re: vfd A2 series
If they are all in closed loop for computer it is the translation which is bad I speak of the encoder boxmartyscncgarage wrote: ↑Wed Jul 06, 2022 9:38 am Are the axis motors all closed loop? But I think I've solved the problem I think it's my engine stalling I lowered the rapid to 4000
And everything and Back in order
