What is you guys' preferred way to deburr aluminum parts?

I have been using a 90 degree chamfer bit to put a 5 or 10 thou chamfer on edges, but the tool creates its own little burr, and is no good for side walls.
I have also tried adding a 5 or 10 thou fillet on corners, but idk if it is fusion or my mill, but they dont really work well.

Hand deburring tools tend to be inconsistent, and dont work well with corners.
Files tend to be too aggressive for aluminum, in my experience

I have heard of guys using a scotch brite wheel to knock off corners, but i have never tried one

What works best for you?

Thanks

This probably doesnt help, but I use a deburring tool on interior edges and then place the parts into a tumbler.
