SOLVED. by setting screen resolution to 1980×1020

It was set much lower. Thanks everyone.

great, thanks for reporting back. yep cnc12 and vcp need to be at 16:9 and ideally at 1920x1080. the report.zip would have told me what resolution you have the PC set at:-)) that's why we are always asking for a fresh report.zip :D
