Help needed Connecting the VFD

Hey all
I'm so confused on hooking up the VFD, I have a Leeson sm series vfd I downloaded the manual from said vfd web and have narrowed it down to a 2 wire connection and 3 wire connection.
This vfd came originally on this machine but had no documentation as to how it was hooked to the old controller.

I followed Marty's layout almost to a tee seeing I'm using the same type of clearpath servos except my vfd draws 24 amps according to the manual. I've had a few set backs ordered from Amazon and found the supplies were not as I expected ( meaning quality sucked Chinese made) and didn't want to chance frying the system or burning down the house.

Sitting here eating supper I think I figured it out.
#1 is fwd should go to NO on relay 4

#13A is reverse and should go to NO on relay 5

#11 is analog input should go to Vout on Acorn
Let me know if I'm right I really don't want to fry anything.

So another question has got me baffled. I see no mention of a fault reset in my documentation to be able to set it for either 13B or 13E see picture. Looking at the top picture is it p12 set to 07 give me the reset I'm looking for?

It looks to me like terminal #11 is the sequence common, which you would connect to the common terminals of your forward and reverse output relays.

It looks like terminals #5 and #2 are for the 0-10V analog speed reference.

No, if you set P12 = 7, then closing terminal 13-E would cause a fault (not reset one).

So I should set it to normally open not normally closed?
