That machine appears to be in fantastic shape. I have attached the machine history. Keep in mind that there is value in the existing parts. Our price to swapout the servo drive with a refurb is ~$800 provided the customer returns the existing one and it is repairable (if not +$500 core charge). The swapout cost of the PLC is $640.. There is value in the control panel components as well.

I believe that if you send in your old motion controller card, Centroid will give you some credit toward software for All in One DC. Give Centroid a call to discuss your options so you can make an informed decision.
