I would like to cut a couple rectangular bosses - Can the rectangular pocket canned cycle be used and cut the outside?

Not 100% sure but worth taking a look at the Cleanout cycle for the outer rectangle and insert 2 "islands" representing your rectangular bosses.

Hope this helps

Thanks I'm new to using Intercon but I think I got what I need
EDIT - I ran the part and there is one issue with the RH rectangle - I expect a vertical line to connect the two arcs - similar to the LH rectangle. I'll spend some time investigating but I am generally pleased with the results
EDIT 2: I ended up having to put a rectangular frame around each boss to clean up the material left after the CLEAN OUT. .

There will probably be more questions coming but my latest part is done and I am reasonably happy with the results. One slight annoyance was that there was a thin wall left on the X-0 and Y-0 edges that had to be removed after the program ran. Offsetting X0 Y0 could help. I finally commented out the line N0026 G49 H0 M25, which resets tool offset that I still need to clean up the part. Is there a way to not have that included?

I would like to know if there is a way to name features- for example Circ Poc1 vs. Circ Poc. I have groups of frames that create a ring feature and would like to have them grouped. I gueuss I could put a tool change in between each group...
