As Keith stated, Sheetcam is one option of MANY software programs available. It's fairly inexpensive as well. Do a Google search for cnc plasma cutting software. There's A LOT more to cnc plasma cutting than simply converting a DXF drawing file to g code. Great, now you have some g code from your drawing, how are you going to tell the plasma cutter what you are cutting? what amperage to use? how fast to cut the material? how will you tell it the pierce height? cut height? there's torch height control, kerf compensation, lead in and lead outs, etc.

Please look into some plasma cutting software, you can't do it alone with a DXF converted drawing.

Marty is correct, this is a great plasma cutting forum/website with lots of info and knowledgeable people on there to help. I also operate a 5x10 Shop Sabre plasma table with a Hypertherm 85 and that site has been helpful in the past. Hoping to someday switch it over to an Acorn plasma controller.

Here's a pic of my cnc plasma that was purchased used at a tool auction. It currently has the WinCNC controller.
