I would put a CPC connector on the machine. (Or something that accomplishes the same thing. I follow and use the same parts Centroid uses on their DP-4 and TT-1/TT-2 probes myself)

I setup my ITTP coming up on two years ago. I went with the Tormach standard 5 pin din connector. It works well, using the same information as previously mentioned in this thread. Very happy with the ITTP. I have one converted wireless on the router and one wired on my milling machine.
