notepad ++

Good afternoon, I'm following the installation bulletin for notepad++ but I'm missing something that impedes me to have a successful install please see the attached picture. I cannot select file associations.

It states in the box that you need to be in administrator mode to use that option. Exit Notepad++ and then run as administrator. To do this right click on the Notepad++ icon on your desktop and select "Run as Administrator" and then go back to the "preferences" and it will no longer be grayed out and you can make your selections.
