But it must be mounted in the centerline of the spindle.

Has anyone had contact with SWISSI lately? I've sent him a couple e-mails with no response, hasn't signed on here since August 1st, hope all is well with him.

I got an email reply from him on 6th Oct - said he was having a busy time. My first email didn't arrive with him, so most likely you had a similar spam filter issue.

No worries, all is well with -swissi :D

As Muzzer indicated, this was just an Email Spam Filter problem and I have noticed that such issues have increased lately. Also my email responses sometimes end up in the recipients spam folder.

I always respond within 24 hours to email inquiries so if you don't hear from me in that time frame, check your spam filter and if there's nothing from me, your email most likely did not make it into my inbox. In that case just leave me a short private message here so I know that I have to go scan my spam mailbox for your email.

Touching is not possible and no longer possible in CNC12.

Looks like probe set up is wrong in CNC12.

Report?

Just for the record, the only changes the ProbeApp does to CNC12 is replacing the image of the M58 Button in the current VCP configuration with the ProbeApp image and replace the M58 macro mfunc58.mac with a modified macro that's being used to integrate the ProbeApp with CNC12.

If the current VCP configuration does not include the M58 Button, the ProbeApp button will not automatically appear after the ProbeApp installation and manual VCP configuration steps must be taken to place the M58 button onto the VCP layout.

Also the ProbeApp does not impact in any way the CNC12 internal probing as there's absolutely no dependency or interaction between them so any claims that the installation of the ProbeApp has impacted the CNC12 internal probing are just baseless.

As can be seen in Houseman303's video above, CNC12 is showing DSP window retries which indicates that the probe has been configured as DSP probe in CNC12 which should only be used for Centroid's DSP probe. As the ProbeApp installer doesn't touch the CNC12 configuration, it's impossible that the ProbeApp has caused this issue.

Just wanted to clarify this to prevent any misconceptions that the ProbeApp can cause operational issues with CNC12.

Touching is not possible and no longer possible in CNC12.
Please post a report with the settings that produce this error. Parameter 155 should be set to 0 for the Vers WLR or else CNC12 will do unexpected things. Is it wired to the Mechanical or DSP probe inputs?

the problem of touching is solved. What's annoying is that I have to start the ProbeApp from the mdi. I added the M58 button to the virtual jog panel. But I can't get any further because oak plc is structured differently than acorn plc. My biggest problem is the probe detect and tt detect query, which I don't need and have to laboriously create in order to use probe and tt.
