Hi Marty,
Setting PD005 = 180 gives the spindle one speed at 12000 rpm for all inputs on the MDI.

It does not sound like you have the VFD configured correctly. Did you move the jumper on the VFD per the notes?

Please create a sketch on how you have the VFD wired to Acorn

The jumper is on V1. Here is the diagram I used.

In your wizard you have the "spindle min speed in high range" set at 12000, why? Set it to 0.

Changed the setting to 0, no change.

Have you tested the VFD from it's front panel?

VFD works correctly from the front panel.

You can raise and lower the speed appropriately from the front panel?

You have bench tested Acorn's analog spindle speed output and it is functioning properly (Passed its test)?

Tuning the VFD- we get only one speed no matter what is set 12000RPM

These do not appear to be correct based on notes sheet I posted
Did you change any of them?
I am attaching the manual I have for the HY VFD

Please revise the current settings you have. For PD001 setting of 0 only the front panel will control the VFD. Setting to 1 will use the external terminal blocks.

The speed can be adjusted correctly from the front panel. The model I have is not in the manual. PD003,PD004,PD005 cannot be set to 60. The spindle will not turn at these settings. These are the only setting I have changed after a Factory Reset.
