You can’t restore a report from 4.20 into 4.64. Hopefully you have screen shots of all your wizard settings from 4.20. Delete the 4.64 version and reinstall. Then MANUALLY input all the wizard settings into 4.64 from your 4.20 wizard pics. Make sense? It’ll take less than 20 minutes and you’ll be up and running.

No, there are too many differences between the versions. Because Centroid is constantly improving the software this will happen. This is why they stress that you update to the newest version when it comes out. Because you haven't updated in a while this is the reason for your issue. And if you had a problem with 4.20 there is no FREE support. There's only free support for current software. Input all the data manually and you'll be up and running in no time.

I understand why you might be reluctant to update your smooth running machine to a newer version. I worry every time myself as I have a customized machine and VCP and don't want to mess it up. Please try to stay current going forward and this wont happen again. Report back if you still have issues and we can help.
