I know you mentioned you can move the servos using the software, but the other use of that software is you can see what signals the servo is getting.
Might be useful watching to see if the servos actually are getting enabled or not, etc.

Thank you Mike and Marty for all your help. I was sure I setup the Teknic motors correctly, but I did a double check and they were not setup for Step+Direction. I think I had changed the setting when I was looking at setting up the home and limit switches and forgot to set this back again. Now my X-Axis is working, so I will reinstall the C86ACCP and hopefully everything will work correctly.

Glad it works! Worth noting, this sort of thing is part of why I love having the USB interface on the cleapaths. If you see the enable signal and commands coming through on the A and/or B inputs, your troubleshooting is very different from if the signals aren't even getting there.
