Selling acorn with licence… ownership change

Post by LenelyWolf »

I’ve just sold one of my old acorn which had licence on it and successfully replace it with new one (and waiting for the new licence for the new board). So question is do i need to contact centroid for board and (or) licence ownership change when selling to another person? Is the licence or board linked to my personal details like email or name or whatever?
Thank you

license is linked to the board, give the license file (.dat) to the new owner and they can install it after they install cnc12 on thier cncpc, no need to contact Centroid for a new license etc. but if you want to send an email to support@centroidcnc.com with a name and address change for the Acorn serial number sold we will update the Acorn ownership database.
