Post by jeffschacher »

ok installed 4.64 upgrade and serial number now is ok.
But when i home the machine on startup it goes to z to home and trips the Limit switch and does not goe back down to home postion.
So what do i ned to do to get this Fixed ? The Touch screen now freezes up and no response several times. This is begging to be a night mare of a upgrade. thanks for any help

FIRST and FOREMOST ALWAYS post a Fresh Report. F7 Utility F7 Create Report
Did you take screen shots of all your Wizard Pages before you did the upgrade?
How exactly did you do the upgrade?
Did you save your old CNC directory before the upgrade?

I would do a fresh installation (Blow away the current CNCM/CNCT directory) and then do a fresh install of 4.64 and using your screen shots, hand key in all the machine specific settings into the new Wizard screens.
