yellow light next to ethernet cable on Acorn ?

my yellow light is on when acorn is powering up is that right?
then some time it on all the time
then some time it not on at all

just started up cnc12 and yellow light on all the time and green is flashing

I wonder why some time yellow light is off but green flashing blue light flashing 1 sec?
